Terms of Service for Israel VPS Server
These terms explain how you may use the services offered on this website and what you can expect from us. By ordering a service you agree to them. The terms published in the client area at control.serverslot.com take precedence over this summary if the two ever differ.
1. Services
We provide virtual private servers, Windows RDP desktops and, on request, dedicated servers located in Tel Aviv, Israel, provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. The specifications and prices that apply are those shown on the order page or in your accepted quote at the time of purchase. Services are self-managed: you are responsible for the operating system configuration, software, content and data on your server.
2. Acceptable use
You must use our services lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, networks or our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include sending unsolicited bulk email, phishing, distributing malware, attacking or scanning other systems without permission, infringing copyright or other rights, and hosting content that is unlawful where our servers are located. We may suspend a service that breaches this policy or endangers the stability of our network, and we will inform you through a ticket.
3. Billing and renewals
Services are paid in advance for the billing cycle you select and renew automatically until cancelled. Invoices are issued before the due date and can be paid by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Overdue services may be suspended and later terminated, after which their data cannot be recovered.
4. Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the client area at any time, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Any refund is handled under the policy published in the client area. Please copy any data you need before the service ends.
5. Backups
You are responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend regular automated backups stored outside your server and periodic test restores. We are not responsible for data lost through deletion, misconfiguration, software faults, cancellation or termination.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to keep our platform reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.
7. Privacy and cookies
We use the information you provide only to deliver, bill and support your services. This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work are always on. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies"; selecting "Essential Only" keeps them switched off.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, and the terms in the client area at control.serverslot.com remain the governing version. Continued use of a service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
